If you know me or have been following me on my Norwex journey for any amount of time, you probably know that I started this journey in the first place because I truly believe in the Norwex Global Mission which is, “Improving quality of life by radically reducing chemicals in our homes.” But I was thinking the other day, do most people, with their busy schedules and day-to-day responsibilities, really have the time to take the kind of close look around their living space to seek out and remove harmful chemicals? And even if they do, do they have the knowledge to recognize common toxic chemicals and know what the safer alternatives are?
This simple five-room checklist is a great place to start, helping to make what may seem to be a daunting task extremely easy. Some really simple changes will allow you to feel confident that the home you have created is a healthy environment for you, your family and your cherished pets. Use this simple checklist to evaluate your home. As a consultant with Norwex and an advocate for safe, and healthy homes, I encourage you to make these changes now. (A copy of this checklist can be downloaded here. And mark each room safe as you go with these printable tags!)
